Director of Racquet Sports
Bill DeMartini
RSPA Certified Instructor ยท SafeSport Trained
Bill runs the tennis and pickleball program at Crooked Creek: the programming, the staffing, the ALTA and USTA league coordination, and the day-to-day communication with residents. He has worked with the Crooked Creek community since 2019.
Before tennis, he spent more than a decade in corporate roles at HBO & Company, Ross Systems, McKesson, Clarus and BELAY, where he was Director of Marketing.
On court, Bill has coached hundreds of players at Crooked Creek, Excel Academy, BridgeMill, Top Tennis Academy, White Columns Country Club and Eagle Watch Tennis Club. He is an RSPA Certified Instructor and SafeSport Trained through the U.S. Center for SafeSport.
Bill was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Marietta. He went to the University of Georgia and lives in Canton with his wife Nanely, a tennis professional herself, their six-year-old daughter Isabella, and his two college-age sons. He is a Bulldogs fan and a guitarist, and he thinks a tennis court is one of the best places to build character and community.
